Blue Salt is a woodfired grill and smoked oven restaurant. The menu features British prime steaks matured for at least 30 days, British and Australian Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu, slow-cooked BBQ pork ribs, peri-peri poussin, woodfired cod, salmon and sea bass, homemade burgers, starters, salads and sides, plus cocktails.
Yes. Every dish on our menu is labelled for dietary needs: GF gluten-free, V vegetarian, VE vegan, D dairy, F fish and N nuts. A gluten-free burger bun is available on request. Please tell your server about any allergies when you order.
Yes. Japanese A5 Wagyu sirloin or ribeye is on the menu at 95p per gram, and we also serve an A5 Wagyu burger. Ask our team about the cuts available on the day.
Our sharing cuts are the Tomahawk (40-45oz, £89.75) and the T-Bone (40-45oz, £85.75). Each serves two and comes with two steak sauces, fries, mac and cheese and oven-baked mixed vegetables.
