cooking by wood fire brings out the great natural taste and flavours in food.
the scent of the wood penetrates the food to give it that distinctive, rustic and authentic taste, and the dry atmosphere renders the skin on meat and vegetables to perfection.
Our food & drink
Rasit Altun is a Turkish artist born in 1980. In 2001, he obtained a degree in visual arts at the University of Eskisehir.
Through an explosion of colours and pictorial passion, his painting is part of the abstract world freed from any prestablished form. Not only are the titles inscribed " purgatory", the visual, invites us to a purifying experience.
His solo exhibitions are numerous and has led him to obtain several prizes. He has contributed with several local and international exhibitions and symposia.
